Jacksonville Real Estate's Best Site!

We moved to Jacksonville from Upstate New York (Rochester) several years ago with the intent that I would complete a degree in counseling. Something I have always had a heart and a knack for. However shortly after arriving my husband and I decided that we would give real estate a shot so I went ahead and got my real estate license. While my husband positioned himself to be my biggest fan I set out to see what real estate was really about!

It's been a wild ride from the beginning. From the very first year I was blessed to be top producer for my company Vanguard GMAC. What did I learn? That old fashioned hard work, networking with fellow professionals and most importantly remembering that if my customers had a remarkable experience they would refer me to friends and family is what makes a real estate professional successful.

Shortly after I got my "Real Estate Wings" I was off and running. I started when the real estate market was slow, good news was no one told me. I took advantage of every learning opportunity I could find then I simply went ahead and did it. With one twist, I truly cared about the customer. Actually we didn't know anyone when we first moved here so one of the requirements of buying a home with us was signing up to be our friends. It was a great recruiting tool. (Just Kidding)

Seriously though, that is where we have met almost all our friends. You can't do that without doing a fantastic job! We actually have a party for our customers every year that over 300 people attend. It's getting harder to find a venue, not a bad problem to have. Looking back we know that because of their trust and having referred their friends, family and neighbors to us. They have really been partners in making us consistently one of the Top Ten Realtors/Team in Northeast Florida (Jacksonville Business Journal)

In the meantime I was blessed to help found Clay Women in Business sit on the Board of Directors for Clay Baker Kids Net (County Foster Program) and am actively involved in my community as well. Below you will find a complete list of credentials.
