Tammie was born into a military family from Ohio. With that Tammie has lived all over the world. After moving back to the states, she attended college in Northern Virginia where she went into the real estate field as a commercial property manager. The firm she was working for quickly realized her people skills and promoted her to Senior Property Manager of Four residential Homeowners Associations and Two condominiums with 3000 plus homes and extensive amenities. Tammie’s career spanned 18 years with that firm, with time off here and there to have her three sons.
After many years of visiting her parents in the area and vacationing on the St. Johns River, Tammie and her family decided to move to Orange Park, FL. Her dream of selling real estate instead of managing it became a reality. Tammie placed her license with Vanguard GMAC and began working with Team Knapp. Her dedication to customer service and client satisfaction is unparalleled. Her honesty, hard work, perseverance and determination to represent her customers well has made her a recipient of a 100% customer service rating.
When Tammie’s not in the office, you’ll find her outdoors exploring rivers, enjoying the ocean, playing tennis and spending time with her family.

Yes, I’m a local. I was born at NASJacksonvilleHospital in1978 and have lived in ClayCounty most of my life. Being from a military family I understand how difficult and fun that lifestyle can be. I’ve always had compassion for helping people and seeing them achieve their goals.
Shortly after high school, I attended St JohnsCommunity College to become an RN, when I had an opportunity to join the Real Estate Industry. My intuition kept telling me to get my Real Estate License so I decided to make it happen. I was so excited about my new career I set out to search for a reputable Real Estate Company. In my search, I had the good fortune of running into Kim's Closing coordinator (Nicole) at a post licensing course required by the State of Florida. Out of 85 people in the class and seats full, I took a front row seat beside this stranger, after talking to her she insisted I call Kim. She was convinced that my heart would line up with hers. Kim had the same enthusiasm and I understood why Nicole told me to call. It was fate. At Team Knapp we all agree that it’s about the customer and not the commission. I can’t stand it when I feel like a sale person looks at me with dollar signs in their eyes. People want service and results, that’s what we deliver.
Here it is 2008 and 5 years has past, I am still in the Real Estate business. With hard work and dedication, I guarantee to give it my all. I would love the chance to earn your trust, whether buying new construction or an existing home, or even selling a home, I would be honored to help you in your Real Estate Transaction. You'll be glad you called.

Treat people the way that I would want to be treated¿ are words I live by. The most important service that I can provide to you is helping you to reach your goals, whether buying your new home or selling your existing home. Providing the maximum customer service and ensuring that my customers have a pleasant experience during the buying or selling process are my top priorities as a Realtor. By handling the transaction, the customer can focus on the excitement that surrounds the home buying or selling process.
I live in the Fleming Island area with my husband, John and 3 children. Having moved a lot with my husband¿s careers, I know first hand how stressful moving to a new city or state can be. Whether you are moving across the street or across the states, I¿m the Realtor that can make your transition the smoothest. I believe my personal relocation experience is invaluable. There is nothing like personal and professional experience to help make your relocation as stress free and smooth as possible.
I will work with you continuously until we find that perfect home or sell your existing home. I have worked with buyers and sellers from all over the country, relocating to and from Jacksonville as well as providing local assistance in the greater Jacksonville area.
It would be an honor to work with you as your Realtor.
